We had a great experience with this HVAC company after some issues with the first unit being installed incorrectly by another contractor. Their team came out, quickly identified the problem, and handled the full replacement of the system at my parents’ home. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The crew was also very friendly and respectful, which made the whole process stress-free. When I had my house built, HVAC is one of the things I vetoed the GC on and handled myself. Pool Heating and Air did a good job and used better than contractor-grade components and at a competitive price. They also registered everything for warranty. When a component failed 9 years in, which can happen with any brand, they made the repair at the cost of a diagnostic/troubleshooting visit.
