Winner must live in our service area (CSRA). The winner will be selected by random drawing on December 31st 2023 and the winner announced on our social media platforms and a phone call from our office. Winner must officially accept the prize by contacting our office during normal business hours to schedule their site evaluation by January 31st 2024. Winner must accommodate the installation of the won HVAC system by March 1st, 2024. 

Restrictions and limitations:

One Rheem HVAC system 14.3 SEER2 up to 5 tons. If Rheem equipment is not available by the date of install, Pool Heating and Air retains the right to substitute another brand equipment instead. Equipment included: Gas furnace (if applicable), Evaporator Coil, Programmable Thermostat, Outdoor unit (Straight AC or Heatpump according to what was previously installed), Outdoor equipment pad, Packaged HeatPump with appropriate Heat Kit (if applicable), GasPack System (if applicable)

Replacing existing HVAC equipment with like equipment (i.e., Gas furnace for Gas furnace. No changeover to heatpump. etc.)

Duct work not included.

If electrical upgrades are required by code, they will cost extra or customer can have them completed by a licensed and insured electrician of their choice at customer’s expense. Winner must be the listed owner of the property in our service area where the won HVAC system is to be installed.

Installation residence must be in proper living/inhabitable condition and already have a central HVAC system installed. Winner’s residence must have existing natural gas service and active meter or a connected LP tank if we are to install a gas furnace of any type. 

Customer must have electrical service turned on prior to install. 

Winner must consent to a site evaluation prior to HVAC installation so we can order the proper equipment.
